Hervé ALLEGRE est le directeur des investissements de CDC Climat, filiale à 100% de la Ciasse des Dépôts dédiée à la transition énergétique et environnementale.

Il pilote notamment le programme d’investissement 5 E « Efficacité Energétique et Empreinte Environnementale des Entreprises » dont la Caisse des Dépôts et l’investisseur sponsor. Ce programme propose aux industriels de réaliser sans apport de CAPEX de leur part des investissements d’efficacité énergétique dans leurs sites de production.

Par ailleurs, Hervé pilote aussi depuis plus de 7 ans l’activité de compensation carbone et d’investissements associés du Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. Il a participé à la création de 5 fonds carbone et conduit les programmes d’investissement directs de la CDC dans ces domaines.

Antérieurement, Hervé  a été directeur délégué de la CDC en Pays de la Loire et a également exercé diverses fonctions managériales dans le Groupe CDC.

Hervé est diplôme de l’ESCP et de la Kennedy School of Government de Harvard.

Marc Briand débute sa carrière en 1988 en tant que commercial dans la salle des marchés de la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. En 1990, il devient gérant obligataire au sein de CDC Gestion (devenu par la suite Ixis Asset Management). De 1996 à 1998, il est chargé de mission “Montage et Titrisation” à la Caisse Centrale des Caisses d’Epargne. Marc Briand devient gérant diversifié en 1998. En 2000, il rejoint Ixis Asset Management en tant que gérant senior sur les obligations Euro puis il devient responsable de la gestion Gouvernement Euro en 2003. En 2008, il devient responsable de l’équipe aggregate Euro de Natixis Asset Management et coordinateur ISR. Depuis 2014, il est responsable gestion taux de Mirova, filiale dédiée à l'investissement responsable de Natixis Asset Management.

Marc Briand a une expérience professionnelle de 26 ans dont 16 ans au sein de Natixis Asset Management.

Marc Briand est diplômé de l’Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) à Paris.

Joining Capital Nature in 2012, Avi brought extensive experience managing and funding programs in the public sector, and vast experience in leadership of entrepreneurship and startup projects.

Previously, Avi was the Founder and Director of the Regional Development Center at the Ministry of Economy and delegate to the OECD LEED Executive Committee. Avi served as Legal Advisor to the Chief Scientist and director at the Governmental Start-Up Fund and the Israeli Industry Center for R&D.

Avi holds a LL.B. and LL.M. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and EMPA from Syracuse University, NY.

Alain Fiocco

Alain is a 30 years veteran of the networking industry and has been with Cisco Systems for twenty years.  He is currently Senior Director, in office of CTO, leading IPv6 High Impact Program for Cisco, across all product lines and market segments

Alain and his IPv6 High Impact program team are at the very core of this massive industry transition and directly involved from “definition, standardization to delivery” of the technology and architectures, underpinning IPv6 transition, along with the technology development and product engineering groups across Cisco.

Alain is an industry expert, passionate about Technology to solve business problems. He is presenting at many conferences and very active on social media in order to educate on IPv6 transition and adoption. He has started an initiative to measure IPv6 adoption on the Internet (daily updates available at:

With the emergence of Internet of Everything (people, things, datas and processes), pervasive IPv6 deployment is becoming a necessity to support this new use case of IP technology to connect the “yet unconnected”.

A. Fiocco is member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Institute Mines-Telecom. He is also a founding member of the Cisco-Polytechnique Professorial Chair, that Cisco recently sponsored, and represents Cisco on the Chair’s Steering Committee. 

A. Fiocco was one of the first CCIE in 1993. He joined Cisco in 1995 as a Technology Consultant, and has been involved in some of the largest Network design projects commissioned by European Service Providers in the early days of Internet growth.

After a decade in the field, Alain joined Cisco Software Engineering Network group in 2006, leading IOS Product Management and System Architecture.

Heike Reichelt is Head of Investor Relations and New Products at the World Bank. The World Bank borrows around USD 40 billion annually in the international capital markets. Her team’s responsibilities include managing relationships with bond investors and rating agencies, and developing new debt products for investors – such as for climate change mitigation and adaptation through products like World Bank Green Bonds. Her team performs similar functions for the International Finance Facility for Immunisation (IFFIm), for which the World Bank acts as treasury manager.

Heike plays a key role in the World Bank’s outreach to the sustainable and impact investing community.

She has also been a part of the World Bank Treasury's Sovereign Investments Partnerships Program for central banks.

Heike has 20 years of experience in finance – including the areas of export finance and capital markets.

Before joining the World Bank in 2000, she held various positions in the German development agency Kreditanstalt fuer Wiederaufbau (KfW), and worked at European commercial banks.

Philippe is the General Manager of EDF’s Corporate Venture and Innovation Financing activity. He led for EDF the launch of Electranova Capital, a 80M€ venture capital cleantech fund created in partnership between EDF and Idinvest Partners (French private equity firm) in 2012. He is currently venture partner of the fund.

He brings over twenty years of experience at EDF in Corporate Finance, Risk Management and Business Development in both B2B, and B2C segments, in France and internationally. Philippe was formerly the Head of Corporate Energy Market Risk Management at EDF. He led the deployment of the EDF’s risk management policy globally and across the group’s main affiliates. Philippe is an alumnus of the engineering school Ecole Central de Lille, he holds an MBA from HEC.

Pascal joined Aster Capital in 2011 and is leading investments in the areas of advanced materials and biobased materials, CO2, and energy,.

Prior to Aster, Pascal was CO2 Operations Director at Rhodia & Orbeo and Energy Purchasing Director at Rhodia Energy. He has been working since 2006 in the new fast growing carbon economy, in charge of developing worldwide CO2 offset projects in the Kyoto protocol frame for Rhodia and Orbeo. Orbeo is a pure carbon joint-venture between Rhodia and Société Générale developing market solutions to fight climate change. Pascal has over 10 years of industrial experience within the Rhodia group, where he held several positions in France and Italy such as Corporate Strategy Project Manager, Plant Manager and Quality Manager.

Pascal is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique of Paris and holds a Master A. Sc. in Biotechnology from the Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal in Canada.

Pascal is responsible for managing the investment of Aster Capital in Avantium and FibeRio.

Laura is Sustainability Advisor for the World Bank Treasury. She has worked on environment and climate change issues for the past 24 years, including in her previous position as Manager for Environment in the Sustainable Development Network of the World Bank. In her current role as Sustainability Advisor for the World Bank Treasury, she focuses on selecting the portfolio of projects that are supported by World Bank green bonds. She also addresses investor requests for information about World Bank-financed projects and about how developing countries are grappling with the challenge of climate change. 

Her academic background is in Chemical Engineering and Management.
